My expertise spans Theta Healing®, NLP, sound healing, and psychological methods. After years of intensive study, traveling to over 28 countries, and experiencing my own transformation, I now guide people through their own profound journeys of change every day.

As a psychotherapist in alternative medicine, I have acquired comprehensive knowledge of the fundamentals of psychiatry and clinical psychology. Topics included, among others, personality and behavioral disorders, neurotic, stress-related, and somatoform disorders, affective disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), as well as psychotherapeutic approaches. I leverage this foundational knowledge in my coaching sessions.
